How the project runs

Four phases, and the first matters most: automating a process nobody has understood does not make it better, it makes it wrong faster.

  1. Mapping the process

    We watch the people doing the work and write down what actually happens — not what the manual says. The result is the process as a diagram, exceptions included.

  2. Automation concept

    We define which steps get automated, which deliberately stay with a person, and how failure cases are handled. What can go wrong is settled up front.

  3. Build and parallel running

    Built in n8n, Make or Power Automate, then run in parallel: automation and manual work side by side until the results match.

  4. Handover and expansion

    Handover with documentation and monitoring, so a fault surfaces before somebody reports it. The next process builds on the same foundation.

An unclear process just goes wrong faster

Which is why phase 01 is not negotiable. We automate only once the process and its exceptions are written down and confirmed by the people who run it.

The exceptions are the actual work

The normal case is usually quick to build; the special cases make the difference. We capture them during mapping and decide deliberately which get automated and which stay with a person.

Home-built automations fail silently

Monitoring is part of our handover, not something retrofitted. A process that fails without telling anyone is more dangerous than one that was never built.
