Automation Partnership

Identify processes, automate them and make them measurably more efficient

In an automation partnership we do not stop at advice — we move into implementation with you.

The aim is to make recurring, time-consuming processes more efficient through automation and artificial intelligence, and to relieve your people of manual work for good.

Processes from every part of the company

To do that we look together at selected processes from different parts of the company — for example from:

  • A modern office room with a glass partition and workstations
    Administration and back office
    • Incoming invoices and approval
    • Document intake and filing
    • Requests and approvals
  • A seating corner with a sofa and a wall of framed prints
    Marketing
    • Content production and repurposing
    • Lead nurturing and email sequences
    • Campaign reporting
  • A row of black office chairs at a conference table
    Sales
    • Capturing and qualifying leads
    • Quote creation
    • CRM upkeep and follow-ups
  • A headset with a boom microphone beside a laptop
    Customer service
    • Classifying and routing enquiries
    • Draft answers from the knowledge base
    • Standard enquiries around the clock
  • A bright office corridor with glass walls and plants
    Internal service functions
    • On- and offboarding
    • Internal HR and IT requests
    • Time, absence and payroll preparation
  • Rows of empty desks in a large hall
    Other administrative or operational processes
    • Order processing
    • Procurement and purchasing
    • Reporting and data sync between systems

The scope of the first phase

3months
The first phase of the partnership is designed to run for three months. At the outset we analyse and assess suitable processes together and decide which of them offer the greatest benefit and a realistic path to implementation.
1–3processes
We then implement and automate — depending on scope and complexity — usually one to three of the selected processes.

How we automate

Classic process automation can play just as much of a part here as AI-supported workflows, AI agents or connections between existing software solutions.

    • Same rules every run
    • For stable processes
    • Every step logged
  • A blue mesh of connected points and lines
    AI-supported workflows
    • Fixed path, AI steps
    • Reads PDFs and email
    • You keep approval
  • A white robot hand with an open palm
    AI agents
    • Follows a goal
    • Handles exceptions
    • Asks when unsure
  • Blue network cables converging on two rows of switch ports
    Connections between existing software
    • Systems stay in place
    • Data moves by itself
    • No double entry

How we work

  1. Understand the processes

We analyse existing workflows and identify recurring tasks, breaks between systems and unnecessary manual effort.

  2. Prioritise the potential

Together we assess possible automations by benefit, technical feasibility and implementation effort.

  3. Build the solutions

The prioritised processes are implemented technically and connected to the company's existing systems.

  4. Establish them in daily work

The solutions are tested, refined and shaped so that they can be used productively across the company.

The Goal

Automation is never an end in itself for us.

What counts is a concrete operational benefit:

  • Less manual work
  • Shorter processing times
  • More efficient processes
  • More time for value-adding work
