Careers at BLAID
Sales
We show mid-sized companies what artificial intelligence concretely means for them — in the first call, in the workshop, and across the whole engagement.

Advice comes before selling
Our conversations do not open with a quote, they open with a question: where is this company losing time today? Working in sales here means understanding processes, spotting potential and being able to say what is technically realistic — and what is not. That honesty is exactly why first conversations turn into long engagements.
Open roles in sales
From a junior start to owning your own accounts — with structured onboarding and an uncapped commission model.
Not seeing what you are looking for? A speculative application is always welcome — we get back to you even when no matching role is advertised right now.

Over 200 clients, and no two conversations alike
We work with companies across very different industries, from small trades businesses to large groups. That means you are not talking about the same product every day but about very different starting positions — and you learn more about business models in a few months than in years of single-industry selling.
Two areas, one promise
Sales works as two closely connected areas: one CRM, shared standards, one handover into consulting.
New business
Outreach, qualification and the first conversation: you identify companies where AI already makes a measurable difference today, and take them through to a workshop or a first project. No cold-call script — a real subject-matter conversation.
Existing clients & account management
One first project becomes several. This area stays with clients for years, spots new use cases in day-to-day operations, and makes sure consulting, delivery and training fit together.

The best of both worlds: consulting and sales
You are not selling a standard product here; you work where consulting and sales meet. You get structured onboarding, a team that answers technical questions, and a package with uncapped commission — plus short decision paths and direct contact with the management.
What you get
What the day-to-day in sales actually looks like — beyond salary and job title.
Uncapped commission
A fixed base salary plus commission with no ceiling. What you achieve on top is paid on top — calculated transparently and written into the contract.
Structured onboarding
You do not start with a call list. In your first weeks you sit in on conversations, learn our services in detail, and take on your own contacts step by step.
A team that answers the hard questions
When a client goes technical you are not on your own: consulting and engineering sit in the same office and will join the conversation when it matters.
Development paths that are named
From junior consultant to owning your own accounts to account management or business development — the next steps are stated, not implied.
Your application — simple and quick
After you apply we get back to you within 2–3 working days. You do not need a cover letter: your CV is enough for a first conversation.
