AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Do you want to not just understand AI applications, but actively build and ship them? At BLAID you work on real client projects and build solutions around LLMs, automation and modern software architectures — from idea to delivery.

Your tasks

  • Developing and implementing AI applications with a focus on LLM-based use cases
  • Designing and building prototypes and production-ready solutions for client projects
  • Integrating APIs and building interfaces between frontend, backend and data sources
  • Collaborating on code reviews, alignment and further development of shared solutions
  • Operating and evolving existing setups (e.g. containers, CI/CD, deployment)
  • Technical assessment and delivery of AI use cases from the client's perspective

Your profile

  • You have hands-on programming experience and a good understanding of how software projects are structured
  • You're confident with Git and work in a structured, independent way, and enjoy working in a team
  • You have solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, and a good understanding of web technologies and APIs
  • You're interested in AI topics, particularly LLM-based applications, and know basic concepts like prompting, RAG or LLM APIs
  • Ideally you already have some experience with modern web frameworks, Docker, CI/CD or cloud platforms
