Project Manager (m/f/d)

Do you keep track of multiple projects at once and make sure tasks get done in a structured, timely way? At BLAID you coordinate AI projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with internal teams and clients.

Your tasks

  • Planning, coordination and follow-up of project tasks
  • Ensuring a structured project workflow and keeping to schedules and deadlines
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners for smooth project delivery
  • Managing the interfaces between project leadership, consulting and operational delivery
  • Preparing project documents, presentations and reports

Your profile

  • You work in a structured, reliable and goal-oriented way
  • You have strong organisational skills and keep track even when handling several tasks in parallel
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • You're confident using MS Office and common digital tools
  • You're interested in artificial intelligence, digitalisation and new ways of working
  • Ideally you already have experience in project management or a comparable field
